Privacy
This page says what the Avanti Aroma website keeps on your phone or computer, who can see it, and for how long.
Written 1 October 2026.
The short version
Today this website sets no cookies, runs no visitor counting and loads no advertising tools. The rest of this page lists the few small things the site does remember, so you can check for yourself.
What your browser remembers for this visit
These notes stay inside your own browser. They are not sent to us. They disappear when you close the tab. There are two. One is a note that you have already seen the opening animation. The other is saved only if you press "Lighter animations", and it keeps that choice. Nothing is kept in local storage.
If you write a review
When you press "Send my review" we receive the name you typed, your stars and your words. They go into a private inbox that only the owner can open. Nothing you write appears on the website until the owner has read it and chosen to add it. If you want yours removed, call us on 01886-559933. To stop robots flooding the form, the site also keeps a scrambled code made from your network address. It is one-way and is used only to limit how many reviews one person can send in a day.
The map
The map is not loaded until you tap "Tap to load the map". Once you do, Google draws the map inside the page. Google can then see your network address and may store its own cookies, under Google's own privacy policy. If you never tap the button, Google is not contacted from this page.
Links to other websites
The buttons for foodpanda, Facebook, Tripadvisor and Google Maps take you to other companies' websites. Their own rules apply once you are there.
Fonts and pictures
The letters and pictures on this site are served from the site itself. No outside font or image service is called.
Server records
Like any website, the company that hosts this site keeps ordinary technical records of requests (the time, the page asked for and the network address). They exist to keep the site running and safe. That company decides how long they are kept.
Tools that need your yes
If a tool that counts visits or helps advertising is ever added, the site will ask you first, before anything is loaded, and this page will be updated to name the tool.
